Computers Made Easy won’t charge you extra for Mac IT support. Supporting your Apple devices will be covered under the same IT support contract that we would use for any device.

Our goal is to provide the same high-quality support to all of our clients regardless of the operating system that they use.

Our Apple IT support isn’t free, but we won’t charge our IT support clients extra for using iOS.

Why don't all IT support providers offer Mac IT support?

Supporting macOS requires different tools, workflows, and troubleshooting approaches.

Providers that mainly work with Windows environments often don’t invest in Mac training or certifications.

This leads to slower support and more escalations when Mac issues arise, so some companies choose not to offer it at all.
